The AUPsyS Secretariat office is based in the Jordanian Capital Amman during the establishment phase. The General Secretary’s office is in charge of keeping the  AUPsyS records, call and arrange meetings of the Executive Committee and prepare the agenda for meetings of the Assembly. Further, the office serves as the Union’s authorized signatory for contracts and legal documents, and it is responsible for keeping meetings’ minutes and perform the expected duties of the Secretary General’s office.
