The AUPsyS is composed of three main bodies:

 

 

General Assembly

 

It is the highest authority in the AUPsyS, composed of representatives of all the Arab national associations or organizations that are specialized in psychology or any of its branches. Any number of organizations can be accepted from the same country as members in the Union, but only one organization shall be nominated as the county’s representative. 

 

 

 

The Union Council

 

Union Council shall be composed of the National Members’ representatives and by one representative from each country, regardless of the number of organizations members in the Union.

 

 

The Executive Committee

 

It is elected by the Union Council from its members for a period of 4 years to manage the Union’s Affairs and submit their reports and accounts to the general assembly for approval. The executive Committee consists of five (5) officers; the current president, the vice President, past- president, secretary-general, and treasurer.
